Cancellation Policy

At Heschen GmbH i.G., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, please refer to the following cancellation policy.

1.⁠ ⁠Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. This cancellation period allows you to return the product for a full refund under the conditions outlined below.

3.⁠ ⁠Refunds
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding additional costs for non-standard delivery methods). Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

4.⁠ ⁠Return of Goods

Please ensure the goods are returned in their original condition, including packaging. If the goods are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to account for any loss in value.

5.⁠ ⁠Exemptions from the Right to Cancel
Certain products are exempt from the right of cancellation, including, but not limited to:

Personalized or made-to-order products

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery

6.⁠ ⁠Costs of Return
Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If you choose a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us, the additional costs will not be refunded.
