WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times vary by region. Please allow 8 to 14 working days for the EU and the United States, 4 to 8 working days for Japan, 25 to 32 working days for Canada, and 8 to 12 working days for delivery to Australia and New Zealand.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order—we try to combine shipping for all items. Shipping costs for the EU, the United States, and Japan are free for standard shipping. Shipping costs for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are €1.92. We also offer expedited shipping for the USA, Canada, Japan, and Australia, with shipping costs ranging from €16.80 to €18.90. Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.
